The judgment in the case of TT v Registrar General for England & Wales & others was handed down on 25th September. The AIRE Centre intervened in the case, to emphasis to the Court the applicable standards relating to best interests of children in such situations. The AIRE centre was represented by Tammy Knox from Penningtons Manches Cooper.
