Annual Judicial Forum for Bosnia and Herzegovina devoted to the harmonization of jurisprudence

Each year, The AIRE Centre together with the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the support of the UK Government, organises the Judicial Forum for BiH. This year's Forum is devoted to the harmonization of jurisprudence.

The Forum will take place in Mostar on 18 and 19 November 2021 and will gather the judges and the representatives of judicial institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The agenda is available here.

The Judicial Forum is part of the broader activities of the AIRE Centre in Bosnia and Herzegovina aimed at strengthening the implementation of the European Convention on Human Rights, facilitating BiH's EU accession efforts as well as encouraging cooperation among the highest courts in BiH.
