Judgment delivered by the European Court of Human RightsThe AIRE Centre has successfully represented in Strasbourg a case on behalf of a rehabilitated juvenile offender with two university degrees facing deportation for an offence committed at the age of fifteen. The European Court of Human Rights finds this deportation disproportionate and if carried out would be in violation of Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
