Welfare Benefits for Marginalised EU migrants‘The Anti-Trafficking Convention’ (2005) was ratified by the United Kingdom on 17 December 2008 and entered into force on 1 April 2009. This Convention has now been acceded to by 39 of the Council of Europe Member States. It has also been signed, but not ratified, by four other Member States.

NATIONAL REPORT PUBLICATION: Family Reunification Requirements: A Barrier or Facilitator to Integration?This AIRE Centre National Report evaluates the impact of Family Reunification policies and legislation on the UK on the ability of third country national migrants to integrate into the UK.
The AIRE Centre is starting work on a transnational project to encourage EU institutions to focus on issues affecting vulnerable and marginalised Union Citizens, with generous funding from the EPIM.
